Okay, folks - it’s not stone - so no bonus 2 points there. However, it IS likely over 100 years old. It is of the same era as the Russian Orthodox Church behind it:

That is the Holy Assumption of the Virgin Mary Russian Orthodox Church with the blue onion dome behind the cabin. It was completed and dedicated in 1895 according to?this websites.?No, I have no idea if this cabin is indeed that old, so I will leave it up to Jay to decide if the 3 bonus points for the structure being over 100 years old counts.

You will have to forgive us young-uns. I know that we are not as old as stonehenge or some such in Europe. But, hey, we do with what we have. Enjoy.
