When we flew back to Maine to go house hunting, the best thing I did was get us both aisle seats across from each other. You're right, it may not be first class, but beats the interior seats by a mile! Especially when you are like me and inevitably end up enduring restless leg syndrome to the point I end up standing in the aisle more than sitting in my seat! Glad you had a great trip! I always tried to fly Mark AIr when it was in business, as all of their seats were first class seats NIICCCEE!! but they went bankrupt! and Alaska Air started getting greedy and made more seats on their flights!
