we actually learned a bit about that at our staff meeting yesterday when a coworker presented on compassion fatigue. Very interesting topic.

One of the main points that I heard was to use your coworkers to debrief if needed - and to listen to them when they need to do the same.

I’ve never found that hard to do where I work. And that is always a good thing.
