So - in a couple of hours I am headed off for the big city - going to spend the night and then bright and early tomorrow morning will catch the shuttle to go and watch #443 compete in her first triathlon. Yup, the Ladybug is doing it!
She has worked so hard for it over the past 9 months - she has lost 83 pounds - she has gottern herself into tip-top shape - and she is a WINNER! in my book - no matter the outcome.

I trained for 10ks when I was her age - I NEVER even thought to try a tri. I’m proud of her.
