For the first time ever the agency for which I work was able to host a retreat for the staff. Because of the nature of our agency we could only go half at a time. My group went last W-F. The second group goes up this coming Wednesday. It was a lovely trip – the training was good – I am refreshed and ready to go back to work tomorrow.

In the meantime, here are some pics I can share with you – from the trip up and back and some from while we were in Anchorage. Yes, we only went to Anchortown – we were hoping for Hawaii, but the money wasn’t there. lol

Thank you for the pictures. Alaska is beautiful, but we did not see it in the winter. When does your Spring runoff begin? We finally have some warm weather and the residual snow is melting. Since we live at 6200 feet, we tend to hang on to snow more than Denver. The moose in the picture looks very healthy, is it a female and is she pregnant? Picture of the trees, my favorite.
