Sharing our Gifts
We’re beginning to receive items for the current Sharing our gifts project. This brainchild of Sinclair’s – to do a knit/crochet project in each of the states – is taking off in a good way. If you’d like to help in this or any of the future projects I strongly encourage you to do so. It is so much fun to bring smiles to faces in such a tangible manner.

mulit-colored blue child’s hat with braided tail
blue & green child’s hat and mittens
and a multi-colored pink infant’s hat and thumbless mitts

Those are great! I’ll be shipping out two hats for you on Monday or Tuesday. I started a pair of mittens, but not sure if they will be a success or not. That thumb gusset causes all kinds of anxiety!

thanks, ladies. Kae, I agree – I like that set also. Sinclair, I know what you mean about the thumb gussets. I’m never very happy with mine, either.

Sweet! There all really cute. Three more little hats are on their way to you and if I get more time, I’ll try to get some adult hats to you as well.

I can’t look at that little hat with the braided tail without thinking that some little kid is just going to love that! But then I was always a sucker for tassels like that!
Someday I really must try to pick up my crocheting again!
