Whaaaaaaahhh! ;(
Now you’ve made me feel sooooo old!! Sheesh, where does the time go? I remember reading that strip with Elly was potty training Michael!! And April was a total surprise… *sigh*
I know, Heather. 😀 It just cracks me up that I am going through so many of the things that they are – or actually, I have GONE through.
When she started sitting up in bed and FLAP FLAP FLAPping her nightgowns!!!! lol. I KNEW just how she felt.
Reality comics. Who knew?

Actually, that is one of the best things about that particular comic strip (to my mind) and what I liked about Gasoline Alley, when that was running. The characters are allowed to age normally and move through life. In the case of Gasoline Alley, I was reading it when Skeezix was raising his kids. My mom remembered when Skeezix was just a little boy!
