They are varicolored and so much fun to line up so they will go POOF! Bright colors of blue, red, yellow, green . . . with blue or brown eyes and impish smiles.:)

What have they to smile about? You might well wonder.

They smile just because . . .
. . . they love to play with your mind 😉
. . . they love to see you become addicted to their ploys 😛
. . . they love to fritz your hard drive! 0==(D)

Oh yes, you read that right . . . their nickname from now on shall be Puffballs of Doom!

Of course, that is NOT the moniker they hold over on msn.com – nope, THERE they are known as Chuzzles (R). Go on, take a peek – don’t they look innocent? I tell you, they are NOT! Nay, my friends, they are evil little creatures.

and I am addicted . . . hello, my name is moosie and I’m a chuzzleholic.

they are SO much fun to play with. Until . . .

they break your computer! My computer, she don’t compute no more. Last night – right in the midst of a chuzzlefest, the screen froze. Oh, it has happened before when I was merrily deleting chuzzle after chuzzle. It is SO MUCH FUN to see their little eyes follow my mouse – SO MUCH FUN for me to see the little puffs of (virtual) smoke when they are eliminated from the board.

But last night I was unable to get my computer back up and running. Instead I was caught in the blue screen of death loop – first it was the scan disk blue screen – and then it was a blue screen that told me my registry had been repaired and I would have to restart the computer. I click that okay and after a few (very long) seconds I find myself back at the FIRST blue screen of death.

I knew I should have printed out that interview I did last night BEFORE starting the game of grabbing and eliminating the cute little Puffballs of Doom!

but nooooooooooooooooooooooo

I had to play first.

Gave up after an hour of so of the looped blue screens of death and went out to watch the news and do some knitting. Finally said to myself, “moosie! Go to bed. It won’t matter if you sit here all night trying to fix this. Because you know you can’t. It is either going to heal itself or you are going to have to take it to the masters to do the healing. Go to bed, for goodness’ sake!”

and so I did – and powered her up this morning to see if a great healing had taken place . . . only to find . . .

looping blue screens of death yet again. My computer, she is in the hospital now. But, the MAN – Luke!!! – he recovered the one time sensitive interview that I needed. Bless you, Luke! And, many thanks.

hmmmmm – wonder if I can get an upgrade to Vista – or will I have to buy a whole new computer?????

stay tuned.

Sorry to hear that the Chuzzle’s ate your computer ;(

Unless you have a Dual Core System with a very high end graphics card… don’t waste your time trying to get it to run Vista. You will very disappointed if you do.

Good Luck with the Computer Hospital! (You may need it).
