the little moosie wants to get in on the fun!

But, he’s not the only one . . .

cheer.JPG (click for larger version) The Girl decked out in MOM’s old cheerleading outfit. Heh. She even did a Halloween cheer for us.

Here she is again – with younger sister/princess/unicorn rider:  girls.JPG

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnddddddddd – to round out the trio . . .

That took care of group #1. Admiration and pictures freely given/taken and they were off to their next spot. They’ll be good and sugared up by tomorrow, huh?

Then came group number two – I can always count on having at least 7 trick-or-treaters each year.

a Jedi, a Ladybug, and an elephant – oh, my! – wait, who’s that skully kinda guy in there?

Ladybug’s kiddos ran through, got hugs and candy and skedaddled. Nice to see you, too. Don’t eat all your candy in one sitting!

love ya!

the future’s so bright . . . .

have a wonderful week!

to come to Knitting Passion and make a comment to win one of these:

skully.JPG

the one on the left is actually orange – not gold. But my camera decided it looked better this way.

Leave a comment on the knitting blog and earn a chance to win one of the skully dishcloths. Post an entry on your own blog about the contest and then leave a comment at the knitting blog and earn another entry for one of the dishcloths.

You might even win BOTH!

Pay me a visit and comment – you know you wanna! (the comments must be at Knitting Passion – not here – thanks)

My buddy, Lisa, is in a bit of a funk. So, I dedicate this entry to her. (and, I am writing this so she won’t come here and say WHAT? WHERE IS THE MOOSIE???)

Guess what, Lisa? It SNOWED last night – okay – it wasn’t much of a snow, but it snowed. I know that you love the stuff. And, we like it, too – at least at first. It’s when it is hanging around still in May that we get a bit disgruntled.

We’re in the big town tonight. Hubby had his second cataract surgery this afternoon. He did great – is feeling his cheerios and is still his orneriness. He’s out in the kitchen right now buggin the b&b lady. 😉

We’ve had lunch and I’ve again salivated over the plates.

We’ve gone shopping where I purchased some more yarn for the Share a Squares project – and did some shopping here where I bought some more work slacks.

And . . . now we’re visiting with some friends and snugging down for the night at our favorite Anchorage bed & breakfast.

Really, friends, just what more could anyone ask?

Okay, Lisa . . . remember you have friends here and about. Love ya!

This week’s Thursday photo theme is Autumn/Fall.

These pics were taken last Saturday along the banks of Moose River. (Now, just how appropriate is THAT?) I was out trolling for good fall shots and stopped at the Izaak Walton campground in Sterling for these.

Peaceful comes to mind.
